When you submit a donation, we may collect:

• Donor name (or "Anonymous" if selected)
• Contact number (WhatsApp / phone)
• Address (village / district / PIN)
• Optional message
• Donation amount, category, and timestamp

We do not collect payment card details. All UPI transactions are processed directly by your UPI app and payment provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Send you a video evidence of your donation distribution
• Maintain transparent donation records
• Display aggregated, anonymised donation statistics on the platform

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Aggregated statistics (total donors, total raised) are displayed publicly. Individual donor details are never disclosed without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage

Donation records are stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Data is retained for the duration of the relief campaign and may be archived for transparency and audit purposes.

5. Anonymous Donations

You may choose to donate anonymously. In this case, your name will not be displayed publicly or associated with any donation record visible to other users.

6. Cookies

This platform does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Browser local storage may be used solely to remember your language preference.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To do so, contact us at help@assamrelief.org.
